Duties/Skills 

Lead and supervise the workshop team, allocating tasks and coordinating daily work

Set clear expectations and support, train and guide team members

Make sure jobs are completed to the business's quality and finish standards

Plan and prioritise multiple jobs at once

Weld and fabricate livestock handling equipment

Promote and model safe work practices across the workshop

Supervisory or team leadership experience in a workshop environment

Strong problem-solving skills

Strong, hands-on welding and fabrication experience

The Workshop Foreman leads day-to-day workshop operations, making sure every yard, gate and component leaving our workshop is built safely, to standard and on time.

Forklift license preferred
