Duties/Skills

Receival, inspection, skinning, boning and packing of wallaby and other game.

Mincing and packing of retail and pet food products.

Cleaning and sanitising of processing floor and equipment after production.

Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Chiller and freezer stock management as required.

Assisting with order picking and packing.

Assisting with deliveries as required.

Supporting team members to ensure efficient daily operations.

Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Understanding of hygiene and food safety practices (or willingness to learn)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
