Duties/Skills 

Lead and mentor educators to deliver tailored, quality play-based programs.

Uphold Child Safe standards and meet Mandatory Reporting Obligations.

Oversee daily operations, staff supervision and family engagement.

Experience in Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) or child related activities.

Excellent communication skills that are open and effective across diverse audience.

Leadership capability to guide and support a small team effectively.

Strong capability to develop and maintain respectful relationship with children, families and staff.

Hold and maintain Tasmanian Registration of Working with vulnerable People (child-related activity – childcare services)

ACECQA-approved First Aid qualifications, Child Safety Training & Food Safety Training (or ability to obtain)

Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (desirable)
