Duties

• Must be computer literate

• Able to search and interpret parts information

• Good attitude to learn and develop knowledge of the business and its procedures

• Provide exceptional customer service and be able to build on existing customer relationships

• Receiving and filling orders for parts Invoice preparation

• Assist with material handling in warehouse and dispatch processes

• Contribute to building a positive team spirit

• Develop product knowledge

• Perform stock control procedure
