Duties/Skills 

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Shop Manager to lead a brand-new retail store while making a positive impact in the community.

You’ll be responsible for:

Leading and supporting paid staff and volunteers

Driving sales, merchandising and customer service

Managing stock, cash handling and store security

Staff training, reporting and sales budgets

Maintaining safe, efficient retail operations

Managing donations, including furniture and cartons

You’ll bring extensive retail experience, strong leadership, communication and organisational skills, plus EFTPOS/POS experience. You’ll be physically capable, confident managing people and competing priorities, and understand WHS requirements.
