Duties/Skills

The Rendering Operator is responsible for the safe, efficient and compliant operation of therendering process to produce high-quality rendered products, including poultry oil, meat and bone.

The role involves operating processing equipment,monitoring plant performance, maintaining product quality, performing routine inspections andensuring compliance with workplace health and safety, environmental and quality standards.

Manufacturing/industrial experience.Mechanical aptitude.

Good communication and computer skills.

Essential - Current Australian Driver Licence.

Desirable - Forklift licence.Loader/skid steer competency.Confined Space, Working at Heights, First Aid, boiler/SCADA experience.
