Duties/Skills

Manage property, facility and asset maintenance programs.

Oversee fleet and mobile plant management.

Coordinate contractors, procurement and capital works projects.

Maintain asset and lease registers.

Ensure WHS, compliance and risk management requirements are met.

Manage security systems, including CCTV and alarms.

Develop and improve asset management systems, policies and procedures.

Support budgeting, planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential -

Current Driver's Licence.

National Police Check.

Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People Card (or ability to obtain).

Desirable -

Qualifications in Asset Management, Property Management, WHS, Risk Management or a related field.

MR and/or Forklift Licence.

Experience in the not-for-profit sector.
