Duties/Skills

Front of house reception: greet patients, manage check ins/outs, and handle enquiries via phone, email, and in person.

Appointments & recalls: schedule, confirm, and adjust bookings; manage waitlists and clinician calendars.

Patient records: create and maintain accurate electronic records; scan and file documents; ensure data quality.

Billing & payments: process Medicare/insurance claims, invoices, EFTPOS/cash handling, and daily reconciliations.

Compliance & confidentiality: protect patient privacy at all times and follow clinic policies and relevant legislation.

Respects privacy and always maintains strict confidentiality.

Willing to learn new systems and processes; proactive and adaptable.

Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.

Customer service mindset with empathy and cultural sensitivity.
