Duties/Skills

Injury Management & Return to Work Coordination.

Training Needs Analysis & Curriculum Development.

Training Delivery & On-Boarding.

Performance Support & Continuous Improvement.

Primary contact for return to work plans, training needs assessment, and training delivery.

Effective verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organisation.

Demonstrated experience in a training, RTW coordination, or HR generalist role within a manufacturing, food processing, or similarly regulated environment.

Empathetic, professional, and discreet in managing sensitive injury and performance matters.

Qualifications or accreditation as a Return to Work Coordinator under the Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 (Tas) are required or must be attained within an agreed timeframe. Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Workplace Health and Safety, or a related discipline are advantageous.
