Duties/Skills

We’re looking for a motivated, people-focused professional to lead day to day operations and help deliver exceptional visitor experiences at one of Tasmania’s treasured heritage sites in Youngtown.

You’ll work closely with volunteers and stakeholders utilising their knowledge to build a positive, empowered team while supporting operations, budgeting and reporting.

This part-time role (16 hours per week) offers flexibility, ideal for parents or those seeking balanced work hours (generally midday–4pm, Tuesday–Friday, with occasional TOIL weekends).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The confidence to work autonomously with initiative.

Experience in team coordination, financial oversight and fostering community engagement and events.

Working with Vulnerable People is required.
