Duties/Skills 

Operating forklift to load and unload delivery trucks and transfer stock across the site.

Completion of goods receival documentation for all incoming goods, including temperature checks of all refrigerated and frozen goods, ensuring stock is correctly labelled with batch codes and use by dates.

Maintain records of stock movements inwards and outwards to assist in the accurate stock recording in MRP by the Logistics Manager.

Daily pre-inspection checks and maintenance of forklift including charging, checking water-level in battery, etc to ensure forklift operates in safe and effective manner.

Manage stock within the freezer, chiller and ambient storage area in an effective manner with the support and guidance of the Production Manager/Supervisor and Logistics Officer.

Maintenance of site hygiene and cleanliness, including cleaning of internal and external areas of the site.

Forklift Licence.

Valid drivers licence.

Valid licence to perform High Risk Work.
