Duties/Skills

Prepare daily breakfasts, packed lunches, and dinners for guests.

Plan menus based on dietary requirements and available supplies.

Maintain a clean and organised kitchen at all times.

Assist in ordering and stock rotation of food supplies.

Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Assistant Cook (in addition to the above under supervision):

Support the head cook with food prep, portioning, and cooking tasks.

Help with serving and packing meals.

Clean kitchenware, utensils, and prep areas.

Cleaning & Accommodation:

Clean guest/staff accommodation including bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas.

Maintain high cleanliness standards throughout facilities.

Prior experience as a Cook or Assistant Cook.

Accommodation can be provided.
