Excavator Operator / Truck Driver

Duties/Skills

Operation and general maintenance of excavators including; site preparation, bulk earthworks, excavating for pits, conduits and underground services, and trenching and back filling.

Ability to operate tipper trucks when required.

Includes site labouring duties, daily pre-starts and completing relevant paperwork.

Willingness to perform other duties

A good eye for detail

A genuine safety focus

Happy working in a team or getting on with it solo

Capacity to perform a physically demanding role

Basic iPad/tablet literacy

Skills and experience

Proven relevant work experience

Confidence working around live underground services

Qualifications

Relevant RII/tickets for excavation

HR Licence highly desirable.
