Duties/Skills

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to provide person-centred support to clients in line with their Individual Care Plans.

The role involves assisting clients with daily living and community participation, including personal care, domestic assistance, social support, transport, and life skills development.

Approx 15 - 25 hours per week.

Morning shifts, afternoon shifts, and sleepover shifts (up to 8-hour shifts).

Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (or equivalent)

Current Driver’s Licence.

First Aid Certificate.

WWVP and Police Check.

NDIS online trainings.
