Duties/Skills 

This position requires a proactive, high energy customer support administrator to join our team.

This is a diverse, high impact role where you will be the first line of support for our customers, liaising with our technical teams, a broad range of admin tasks and providing PA support to our Director.

You must be comfortable talking on the phone, dealing with a wide range of customers with patience and understanding.

A mature mindset is required.

Solid administration skills and adherence to processes is highly valued.
