Duties/Skills 

Daily crop scouting, monitoring plant health, identifying pest, disease and nutrient issues, and keeping accurate records.

Supporting integrated pest management (IPM) programs including biological control applications.

Assisting with nutrient solution management including basic EC and pH monitoring.

Supporting irrigation operations as needed across the season.

Assisting with husbandry task management including plant training and canopy management.

Developing harvest management skills.

Background in horticulture, agriculture, or a related field, formal or hands on.

Genuine interest in plant health and crop production.

Familiarity with IPM principles or biological controls an advantage.

Keen to learn and develop in a production environment.
