  • Full-time for a 2nd or 3rd year apprentice.

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.

  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workspace.

  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet high standards.

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet customer demand during peak hours.

  • Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Open for dinner 7 nights a week/ lunches 5 days/ Breakfast 3 days
