Duties/Skills 

Create, film, and edit engaging plant content for social media including care guides, repotting demos, product spotlights, and behind the scenes videos.

Maintain healthy, organised, and visually appealing indoor plant displays by watering, pruning, rotating, and identifying issues.

Assist with packing plant orders and provide basic plant advice to customers.

Follow a content plan while contributing fresh ideas and creative concepts.

Confident, natural, and engaging on camera.

Creative, reliable, and excited to grow with a young business.

Content creation experience preferred, but plant industry knowledge is not required and can be taught on the job.

Some sales but minor part of the role.

Available 2–3 days per week with potential to grow to full time.
