Duties/Skills


Lead the recruitment, induction, training, rostering and supervision of volunteers.

Coordinate one-to-one support for clients using digital devices and social media platforms.

Maintain client access data and records of special activities and programs delivered.

Provide the Committee with a monthly report of client access data, activities and programs delivered.

Ensure compliance with Tas Libraries’ quarterly reporting requirements.

Assist the Committee in the identification and preparation of grant applications and acquittal.


Demonstrate knowledge, skills, and experience in the use of computers, the internet, digital technologies, and related applications.

Demonstrate highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with evidence of the ability to work effectively with both volunteers and members of the public.Have experience working within volunteer-based and not-for-profit environments.


A current Working with Vulnerable People registration and a satisfactory National Police Check.Evidence of eligibility to work in Australia.
