Create and maintain budgets vs actuals for jobs.

Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Support website creation and updates.

Prepare cashflow forecasts.

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Experience with invoicing, spreadsheets, and data entry.

Confidence working with budgets and financial tracking.

Comfortable using digital tools (spreadsheets, calendars, social media, websites)

High attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
