Role

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to meet job specifications and requirements

• Works delegation within the team

• Assist in coordinating plant and materials

• Assist to ensure compliance with all safe working policies and practices

• Maintain and control onsite records

Requirements

• At least three (3) years’ experience operating an Excavator

• General Construction Induction (White Card)

• Excavator ticket Current drivers licence (MR or higher, highly desirable)

• Eye for detail and quality

• Adherence to Quality, Occupational Health Safety and Environmental Management Systems

• Ability to prioritise work, manage multiple tasks effortlessly and possess good problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication skills and ability to lead and motivate your team.

• This is a field based role so you’ll also need physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour.

• Ability to work unsupervised and be able to work as part of a team.

• Positive “can do” attitude and excellent work ethic.

Favourable

• Experience on other plant and equipment

• Experience in final trim, topcon, trimble

• Experience with maintaining plant and equipment

• Proficiency in technology
