Duties/Skills

Prepare and mix milk with powders (25 kg bags).

Operate the pasteurizer and manage cooling the next day.

Forecast production needs based on weekly orders.

Clean, assemble, and operate the yoghurt filler.

Mix syrups and dose fruit into yoghurt.

Maintain hygiene and sanitation of all equipment and workspaces.

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.

Reliable, self-motivated, and practical.

Basic knowledge of hygiene and sanitation (food or dairy experience a plus).

Able to follow instructions and apply common sense.

Willing to learn machinery and production processes.
