Duties/Skills

Provide exceptional customer service and professional support to clients and sales consultants.

Coordinate the setup, maintenance, and presentation of product displays, ensuring a visually compelling and organised showroom environment.

Manage the scheduling and organisation of client appointments and site visits.

Maintain showroom inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and a consistently clean and inviting atmosphere.

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and record management.

Maintain accurate inventory records and implement effective inventory management practices.

Preferred experience in a showroom or retail coordination role.

Demonstrated excellence in customer service and communication.

Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Proficiency in utilising various computer software and standard office equipment.

A genuine interest in the kitchen and bathroom industry and a commitment to delivering superior customer experiences.
