Duties 

Be able to fit into a clean, tidy and motivated workshop, team environment Be highly organised and methodical with excellent time management skills, supported by a high attention to detail Be physically capable to undertake the role Have excellent mathematical and general engineering skills Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Possess the ability to apply initiative, work with minimal supervision and be self-motivated

Skills/Experience required

Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sand Blasting operations, being able to safely and efficiently operate abrasive blasting equipment to deliver a high-quality finish in an organised and efficient manner, and in accordance with company policies and procedures Will have a knowledge of metal preparation and pre-treatment requirements

Undertake role relief duties in Powder Coating (experience desired but not essential) Be able to accurately interpret technical drawings
