Duties
To support Property Management department
Answer overflow phones, transfer calls, take messages and distribute
Back up support to other Administration team members
Handle enquiries as instructed by Management in accordance with Office of Fair-Trading requirements
Word processing and general team support for the team
Daily Bank Reconciliation of Rentals Trust Account
Daily processing of Tenant Direct Debits
Accurate electronic / manual receipting and maintain in accurate numerical order
Process mail daily when required
Attend ‘stock runs’ to vacant property
Assist to maintain databases/CRMs
Prepare new tenant packs
