We are currently seeking Disability Support Workers.

You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders including clients, families, and guardians to enable enhanced independence, community participation and individual needs.

Our clients is seeking candidates who have had previous experience working within the disability sector and who have experience implementing positive behaviour supports.

While we encourage flexible working, we do operate a 24/7 roster, opportunities to work weekends and overnight shifts also exist.

A Drivers Licence, current First aid and CPR certificate, Registration to Work with Vulnerable People and Covid-19 Vaccination (Double Vaccination + Booster) are mandatory.

You will also be required to perform pre-employment checks including a National Police and Right to Work Check if you are successful.
