Duties/Skills

The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainable gardening practices, experience in landscaping or horticulture, and a commitment to supporting diverse communities.

Perform general gardening tasks such as weeding, pruning, mowing, and edging.

Prepare quotes.

Mentor and supervise staff involved in gardening services, fostering skill development and confidence.

Maintain records of gardening activities, materials used, and project outcomes.

Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards.

Proven experience in gardening, landscaping, or horticulture.

Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour.

Experience working with diverse communities or in a community-focused role.

Current first aid certification.

Valid driver’s license
