We’re seeking a Finishing Section Team Leader to drive performance, safety, and quality in a fast paced metals manufacturing environment.

Experience in casting, fabrication, machining, smelting with proven leadership capability, and technical expertise in finishing e.g. shot blasting, grinding, welding, NDT.

A passion for continuous improvement, team development, and safety-first leadership is essential.
