Duties

Ensuring quality fruit, as directed by the lead supervisor, is being picked and packed at all times.

Ensuring all appropriate, as directed by the lead supervisor, fruit is being picked fromeach row daily.

Communication of operational plans to team members.

Supporting team members including harvest ops to achieve efficiency and quality with odd harvest jobs in need.

Coaching team members to achieve production KPIs.

Highly organised

Excellent communication skills.

Maintain enthusiasm, good attitude, honesty and a willingness to treat all coworkers with compassion and respect, despite challenging work conditions.

Excellent observational skills.

Multiple positions available.4 to 5 Days PW.
