Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to our recipes and standards
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workspace
Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards
Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet customer demand during peak hours
Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Skills/ Experience required
Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or similar setting
Knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
Strong attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Food safety certification is a plus
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
