Ability to provide exceptional customer service, in person and by phone or digital communications1+ year hospitality experience

A high standard of personal presentation

High energy and a positive attitude

Experience working within busy restaurant environment

WSET or equivalent wine education

Events and Functions experience

RSA

Access to reliable transport

This position is on a rotating roster which includes weekends and public holidays and may also involve extra evening hours for functions etc. Knowledge of wine or a willingness to learn about wine is essential
