Cellar Door Manager

Duties

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the cellar door, including tastings, sales, and events

Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for visitors

Lead, train, and motivate a small team of cellar door staff

Drive wine sales and promote Delamere's wine club memberships

Handle inventory management, stock control, and reporting

Assist in planning and hosting events, both at the cellar door and offsite

Additional Information

Experience in hospitality, retail, or winery cellar door management

Passion for wine and a desire to share your knowledge with others

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work weekends and public holidays (as required)

A proactive and organized individual with a high level of attention to detail

Wine qualifications WSET or similar are desirable but not essential

Ongoing training and development opportunities
