Duties

Assisting with food preparation, including cooking, assembly, and plating of dishes

Ensuring the kitchen is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation

Working collaboratively with the hospitality team to deliver an exceptional dining experience

Supporting the implementation of food safety and hygiene standards

Previous experience in a similar kitchen or hospitality role, ideally within the food and beverage or tourism industries

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently

Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety

Flexible and adaptable approach to working in a fast-paced environment
