Duties

Delivering an exceptional customer experience through the sale of finance and insurance products, as an integral part of the sales process

Working closely with managers and sales staff to drive the overall sales performance and increase income from the finance and insurance department

Drive and follow the dealership process to monitor and maximise all sales leads to achieve high conversions and sales rates

Working with customers to establish their needs and professionally present all applicable financing options to 100% of our prospective customers

Prepare and submit all financial applications and liaise with a suitable lender to achieve swift and positive customer outcomes

Build strong ongoing customer relationships

Develop knowledge of our brands, products & services

Reporting to senior management on results and forecasts within the finance

Strong negotiation, influencing and closing skills

An energetic and ambitious work ethic

Availability to work a 5 day week, including some Saturdays on a rotating roster (with a mid week day off in lieu)
