Duties
Customer Service
Triage new job seekers, enter data into CRM and consult with team with any actions
Draft and send emails to customers, suppliers, and internal staff
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using client-based records and reporting systems including minute taking for Board Meetings, Steering Committee Meetings and other Staff Meetings
General administrative duties, including filing, scheduling, and data entry Marketing and social media.
Accounting / bookkeeping as required
Qualifications
No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and develop administrative skills is essential.
Willing to learn the customer relationship management system.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Must have -Interest in administration management and relevant processes
Communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated initiative and drive to achieve outcomes
Excellent organisational skills with priority goal setting skills
