Duties
Undertake reception duties, directing phone calls and welcoming patrons
Provide administrative support for all departments as needed.
Manage incoming data and emails Accounts payable data entry and statement reconciliations
Accounts receivable maintenance
Assist with end-of-period tasks.
Sales department machine delivery tasks, and documentation
Proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
High attention to detail
Strong accounting ability
This role is ideal for an Administration All-Rounder with a love for accounts and clerical based duties. This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.
