  • Process accounts payable/accounts receivable, with the ability to negotiate terms in conjunction with management

  • Process credits, debits and journals

  • Assist with purchase order processing

  • Reconcile bank and creditor statements

  • Must have: Qualified level III or IV in Office Administration

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent computer and literacy skills

  • Skilled in online business banking

  • Maintain debtor accounts

  • Help in organisation of store promotions and functions

  • Assist with payroll processing
